Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the RepAlmighty platform. By using RepAlmighty, you agree to comply.

1. Permitted Use

RepAlmighty is designed for independent practices and local businesses for legitimate marketing and growth purposes. You may use the Service to manage your genuine business's online presence, send review requests to real customers, generate and publish marketing content for your own business, and monitor publicly available competitor data.

2. Prohibited Uses

Fraudulent or deceptive practices

• Creating, soliciting, or publishing fake reviews for any business
• Incentivizing customers to leave positive reviews in exchange for any benefit
• Suppressing or manipulating genuine customer reviews
• Misrepresenting your practice's services, credentials, location, or hours
• Impersonating another business or operating listings for businesses you do not own

Competitive interference

• Filing false reports against competitor businesses with Google or Yelp
• Coordinating negative review campaigns against competitors
• Requesting reviews from people with no service history at your practice

Spam and unsolicited communications

• Sending review requests to individuals who have not received services from your practice
• Sending marketing communications in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or other applicable law

Technical abuse

• Attempting to reverse engineer or access the source code of the Service
• Using automated tools to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Probing or testing the vulnerability of our systems

3. Review Request Compliance

You must only send review requests to customers who received actual services from your practice. You must comply with Google's review policies, Yelp's terms, and FTC guidelines. You must not offer compensation in exchange for reviews or selectively request only from patients expected to leave positive reviews.

4. Google API Compliance

Features powered by Google APIs are subject to Google's Terms of Service and API policies. You may not use Google API data in ways that violate Google's terms.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or report activity to appropriate authorities at our discretion.
