We share data only with service providers (Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, Anthropic, Google APIs), when required by law, in connection with a business transfer, or with your explicit consent.
Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy. We access Google Business Profile data only for authorized Service features. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We delete Google API data when you disconnect your account.
We retain account and business data while your account is active. Upon cancellation, we retain data for 90 days to allow reactivation, then delete it. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
