How do I connect my Google Business Profile?
Settings → Integrations → Google Business Profile → Connect. Follow the Google OAuth flow. Takes 60 seconds. You need to be a manager or owner of the GBP listing.
How often does RepAlmighty post to my Google Business Profile?
One Google Post per week by default, optimized for your category and location. You can adjust frequency and preview posts before they publish in GBP module settings.
When are review requests sent to patients?
Approximately 24 hours after a service is completed. You control timing, message template, and which platforms to request reviews on (Google, Yelp, Facebook).
Can I preview AI-generated content before it's published?
Yes. Every piece of AI-generated content goes through an approval queue. You can approve, edit, or reject each item. Auto-publish mode is also available if you prefer fully automated operation.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No fees or penalties.
