When are review requests sent to customers?
On Dominate, with online booking, a review request is set up to go out about two hours after you mark an appointment complete, and you can edit the message. On Growth, you share your review link yourself, and we alert you to new reviews.
Can I preview AI-generated content before it's published?
Yes. Every piece of AI-generated content goes through an approval queue. You can approve, edit, or reject each item. Auto-publish mode is also available if you prefer fully automated operation.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No fees or penalties.
