When are review requests sent to patients?
Approximately 24 hours after a service is completed. You control the timing and message template for your Google review requests.
Can I preview AI-generated content before it's published?
Yes. Every piece of AI-generated content goes through an approval queue. You can approve, edit, or reject each item. Auto-publish mode is also available if you prefer fully automated operation.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No fees or penalties.
